Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid enrollment in DataStream Pattern Academy programs: Breakout Confirmation Workshop, False-Break Filter Masterclass, and Private Chart Review sessions. Contact info@datastreamhub.click or +84283914194 for refund requests.

1. Deposits

A deposit of 2,000,000 VND is required to hold a workshop seat. The deposit applies toward the full program fee. Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least fourteen calendar days before the cohort start date. Deposits are non-refundable within fourteen days of the start date unless we cancel the cohort.

2. Full refund eligibility

You may receive a full refund of fees paid (including deposit) if:

• You cancel at least fourteen days before the program start date
• We cancel or reschedule the cohort and you cannot attend the new dates
• We fail to deliver the program as described in the enrollment confirmation

3. Partial refunds

If you cancel between seven and thirteen days before the start date, we refund fifty percent of fees paid, excluding any printed materials already shipped to you. Cancellations within seven days of the start date are non-refundable except where required by applicable Vietnamese consumer protection law or at our discretion for documented emergencies.

4. Non-refundable items

• Deposits cancelled within fourteen days of the cohort start (see section 1)
• Printed workbooks and materials already dispatched — material cost may be deducted from partial refunds
• Private Chart Review sessions cancelled less than five business days before the scheduled time
• No-shows without prior notice

5. Rescheduling

Workshop participants may transfer to a later cohort once at no charge if requested at least seven days before the original start date. A second transfer incurs a 500,000 VND administrative fee. Masterclass and private review sessions may be rescheduled once with at least five business days' notice.

6. Work already started

Once a multi-day workshop has begun, fees are non-refundable. If you leave after day one due to illness, we may offer credit toward a future cohort at our discretion; no cash refund is guaranteed.

7. Private Chart Review

If you cancel after chart files have been reviewed and annotated by the instructor but before the live session, a fifty percent fee applies because preparatory work has been completed. Recorded commentary delivered after the session is non-refundable.

8. Academy-initiated cancellation

If we cancel a program, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date. We are not responsible for travel costs you may have incurred, but we will notify you as early as possible.

9. Refund process and timing

Submit refund requests in writing to info@datastreamhub.click with your enrollment reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed by bank transfer to the original payer within fourteen business days. You are responsible for providing correct bank details.

10. Exceptions

Corporate group enrollments may have separate terms stated in a signed agreement. Where those terms conflict with this policy, the signed agreement prevails.
